With new processes comes a need for new switchboards.  Integral Logic has the capability to build you a new switchboard to fit to a new site, or to put in place of an old panel.  We can design, CAD, build and test switchboards ranging from small remote I/O islands to larger MCC distribution panels.

Control System & Equipment Upgrades

By using Integral Logic, your advantage is that we are able to design systems with a multi-disciplined outlook having had experience in a wide variety of equipment and processes. This enables us to understand the entire project from initial concept to implementation. Integral Logic has the capacity to provide services ranging from engineering support through to complete project management, incorporating design and manufacturing such as specialist switchboard construction as well as utilising additional electrical and mechanical contractors where required. Our attention to detail ensures the design, documentation, planning and implementation stages of your project flow seamlessly.

The upgrade of old process equipment is also something that Integral Logic excels at, we have successfully carried out upgrades of old PLC/HMI/SCADA systems to new systems with minimal to no disruption to the process being controlled ensuring no loss of production or profits. Integral Logic have developed systems that enable us to commission new PLC programs with the old hardware still in place, once your new programs have been commissioned then the old hardware is stripped out and the new hardware permanently installed.
